Preparing for the oposiciones is not a sprint. It’s a marathon. And in marathons, mindset beats motivation.

Motivation fades. What stays is your “why.” Write it down. Keep it visible. Remind yourself daily: Why do I want to be an English teacher? The clearer your reason, the stronger your resilience.

Build habits, not heroic plans. A consistent 2-hour session every day beats a 10-hour session once a week. Track your progress. Celebrate small wins—finishing a topic, improving a mock test score, sticking to your routine.

Environment matters. Surround yourself with people on the same path. Join a study group, follow inspiring educators, avoid those who drain your energy.

Bad days will come. Expect them. Accept them. What matters is showing up the next day.

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be persistent.
